How to work with these design items

ABOUT THE DESIGN ITEMS

Show recurring events times

This item tells your people how often and when this event reoccurs (pink box in images below).

Available for ALL integrations.

Show recurrence series

This item tells shows your people the actual schedule of the days, dates, and times of the future events (turquoise box in images below). Note that this schedule is in addition to the recurrent event times (pink box in images below).

NOTE: Due to the API, this design item is NOT available with the PCO integration.


HOW TO GET TO THESE DESIGN ITEMS

Step 1: After you log in, click on Calendars (brown box below).

The Your Calendars page will open.

Step 2: Choose the calendar or events list you wish to modify.

Step 3: Click on Design (brown box below).

Step 4: Click on Events (brown box below).

Step 5: Scroll down until you find the subsection Event details.

Step 6: Scroll down until you see the design item Show recurring events times.

NOTE: The design item Show recurrence series is hidden until Show recurring events times is toggled on.

In other words...

  • You CAN show the recurring event times [Show recurring events times] WITHOUT showing the whole schedule [Show recurrence series].

  • You CANNOT just show the whole schedule [Show recurrence series].
