In Setup, you chose filtering options for Tags and Groups.

Here is a reminder of our example choices:

In this article, we will first explain how your calendar / event list viewers work with these filters. Then, we will walk you through finding and modifying them.

What your viewers see and do...

Let's assume that you have toggled on at least one filter.

Step 1: Click on the Filter icon (box with lines in it, black arrow below) to display the action bar.

Step 2: Click on the filter desired (#1 below).

A dropdown list will open (#2 above).

NOTE that the Tags menu above = the tags selections we made in Setup (reminder below).

Step 3: Click on the tag desired to set the filter. The page will refresh to the calendar / event list for this tag.

Repeat Steps 2 & 3 as desired for the groups filter option in the action bar.

NOTE: If you do not select tags and/or group in Setup, all the options will show.

To find these design items...

Step 1: After you log in, click on Calendars (brown box below).

The Your Calendars page will open.

Step 2: Choose the calendar you wish to modify (brown box below).

Step 3: Click on Design (brown box below).

Step 4: Scroll down and click on Headers and Links (brown box below).

Step 5: Scroll down until you find Tags selector and Groups selector.

To modify these design items...

Let's compare the two images below.

In this first image, all the filters are toggled off (greyed out, brown box below). As a result, nothing is displayed above the month / year.

Notice that in the image below, the Tags selector is toggled on (blue color). As a result, a Filter icon (box with lines in it) appears above the month / year (black box, black arrow below).

Clicking on the Filter icon opens an action bar (black arrow below). The items on the action bar = the filters you have toggled on (blue color, black box below). In the image below, all the filters are toggled on. As a result, both filter options appear on the action bar.

Simply toggle on/off the filters you wish your viewers to see on the action bar.

Click Save at the bottom of the column to save your changes.
