Some live events are online. Others are physically in person, but attendees have the option to join the live event via an online platform such as Zoom. In both cases, your online participants may not live locally.

To reduce the chances of them missing the event, event times are shown in the user's local time. To highlight this, you can show their timezone near the event time.

To find this design item...

Step 1: After you log in, click on Calendars (brown box below).

The Your Calendars page will open.

Step 2: Choose the calendar you wish to modify (brown box below).

Step 3: Click on Design (brown box below).


Step 4: Click on Events (brown box below).

Step 5: Scroll down until you find Show Timezone next to event time.
