To find this design item...
Step 1: After you log in, click on Calendars (brown box below).
The Your Calendars page will open.
Step 2: Choose the slider view calendar you wish to modify (brown box below).
Step 3: Click on Design (brown box below).
Step 4: Click on Slider (brown box below).
Step 5: Scroll down until you find Show dots.
How to work with this design item...
In the image below, Show dots is toggled off (button greyed out, brown box below). As a result, there is nothing under the slides (brown arrow below).
In this next image below, Show dots has been toggled on (blue button in gold box below). As a result, several dots have appeared under the event images (gold arrow below).
In addition, a new design item has appeared: Size of dots (brown arrow below).
Good thing, too, because those dots are kind of small, right?
Click on the downward arrow to open the dropdown menu (brown box below).
Click on the dot size you prefer.
In the image below, we have chosen Large (gold box + gold arrow below).
As you can see above, the dots are grey. That is the default when no dot has been chosen. Let's look at that more closely...
Scroll down to the section Slider design (brown box below).
Opening this section, we can see that the default is black (brown box below).
This means that when we click on a dot, it turns black (brown arrow below).
In the image below, I have clicked on the right-hand dot (note the "hand").
As a result, it has turned black.
We can change the color of the dots by clicking on Custom (gold arrow below) and choosing our color. If you are not yet familiar with how to use the Custom color picker, here is a walkthrough: https://help.displaychurch.events/en/articles/4314468-using-the-custom-color-picker.
Note that the selected dot is now blue (grey arrow above) and the remaining dot is a lighter shade of the color we chose (brown arrow above).
Click Save at the bottom to save your changes.
