Basically, there are two options: creating a calendar view from scratch or cloning an existing calendar view.

OPTION 1: CREATING AN ADDITIONAL CALENDAR VIEW FROM SCRATCH

Step 1: After you log in, click on Calendars (brown box below).

The Your Calendars page will open.

Step 2: Click on +Create new calendar (brown box below).

Step 3: The New Calendar Setup page will open.

At the moment, there are five possible views. Depending on your plan, you will be able to choose one or more of these views.

Each view that is available in your plan will have a Select button (brown box in image below). Click on the Select button of the calendar view you would like to create.

The Select will turn green.

Step 4: The Setup box will display.

4.1 Type in a Calendar Name.

4.2 Click on the downward arrow to select your integration from the dropdown menu.

4.3 Click on Submit.

The setup box will refresh depending on your integration.

CCB Integration: Toggle on Published (or leave greyed out for off). Toggle on Show private events (or or leave greyed out for off). Click Submit to save your changes.

PCO Integration: Toggle on Published (or leave greyed out for off). Toggle on Show hidden events (or or leave greyed out for off). Click Submit to save your changes.

Google Calendar Integration: Toggle on Published (or leave greyed out for off). Click Submit to save your changes.

4.4 You you have already created at least one calendar view. To save time on setup, you may wish to clone the settings (use the same settings). If you do, click on the dropdown menu (downward arrow, gold box in image below) to select the "clone these settings" calendar.

NOTE: The filters are not cloned. Each integration has its own filter system. So, they can not be cloned over different integrations.

Then click Submit (brown arrow in image above).

Depending on your plan, you may have other Setup options.

Step 5: Design

Click on the Design tab (brown box below).

Your design options will vary depending on the calendar view you have chosen.

OPTION 2: CREATING AN ADDITIONAL CALENDAR VIEW FROM SCRATCH

Step 1: After you log in, click on Calendars (brown box below).

The Your Calendars page will open.

Step 2: Click on More actions (three dots, gold box in image below).

As shown in the image below, there is one calendar view for each integration. Chose the calendar view you wish to clone.

Step 3: Choose Clone from the dropdown menu.

Same process for all integrations.

Step 4: As shown in the image below, you now have a cloned copy of the calendar view you chose.

Step 5: Click on the More actions (three dots) of your cloned calendar view.

Step 6: Choose Edit from the dropdown menu.

You will see the Setup box as per your integration.

CCB Integration: Change the name of your calendar view (brown box in image above). Toggle on Published (or leave greyed out for off). Toggle on Show private events (or or leave greyed out for off). Click Submit to save your changes.

PCO Integration: Change the name of your calendar view (turquoise box in image above). Toggle on Published (or leave greyed out for off). Toggle on Show hidden events (or or leave greyed out for off). Click Submit to save your changes.

Google Calendar Integration: Change the name of your calendar view (gold box in image above). Toggle on Published (or leave greyed out for off). Click Submit to save your changes.

NOTE: You have already cloned this calendar view. Thus, you can ignore this box. No need to so anything here. No need to click Submit.

Step 7: Design

Click on the Design tab (brown box below).

Your design options will vary depending on the calendar view you have chosen.
